The protection grids are assembled to all our wire heaters, they grant a good protection of the heaters from accidentally shock and other object that could be arriving from the fan.
All our heaters are supplied with security bi-metallic thermal protector, essentially there are two models:
Manual reset thermal protector:
Automatic reset thermal protector
The thermal protector will be reset automatically when the temperature come back to a normal level.
All our heaters are supplied with supply cable to connect at electrical system, we are using different typologies of cables in function of the final destination of the heaters:
Fibres glass and silicon cables:
Red copper conductor insulated with silicon reinforced with impregnated external fibres glass insulation, working temperature until 180°C.
PTFE insulated cables:
Nickel conductor insulated with PTFE and reinforced with impregnated external fibres glass insulation, working temperature until 300°C.
Under request it’s possible assembled a terminal board on the heaters instead the free cable wire.
Under specifically request it’s possible to assembly directly on the heaters a security pressostat that permit to switch off the heaters if air flow go down caused by a fan break down or dirty filters.
